This course provides insight into the Brazilian fashion industry, covering market research, culture, color usage and print development in order to offer a creative exploration of prints as a resource for brand identity. During this six-day course, the student will learn about the Brazilian market, the use of color, and the creation of prints through classes and field research at renowned Brazilian brands. The student will also be inspired by a cultural immersion in the museums of Rio de Janeiro.

This course is intended for anyone (design students) interested in developing their pattern design skills in to generate, enrich, strengthen their own graphic language and want to understand the Brazilian fashion market and its main players and develop the skills of color combinations for fashion prints and collections.
